Ingredient
115g butter
200g caster sugar
2 eggs
215g flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
115ml milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
- Preheat oven 190 degree celsius.
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence till light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt.
- Fold flour into butter mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fill the cups half-full and bake for 20 min.
